繳費&活動報名步驟：
Step1：填寫【2023 ICEI】繳費資訊&活動報名表單(Please complete the form)  ←請點選!
Step2：2個工作日內會收到繳費通知(Receive the payment notice letter within 2 working days)
Step3：請依繳費單上所列期限內完成繳費 (Pay registration fee)
■ 大會各項活動因場地座位有限制，以繳費且報名順序錄取，如該場次額滿將提前公告。若要取消報名請務必來信告知，把參予機會讓給其它人。Due to venue seating restrictions, all conference activities are on a first-come, first-served basis for payment and registration. If the number of registrations is full, it will be announced in advance.
■ 口頭發表場地若有空位歡迎有繳費者自由參加。
■ 本研討會相關規定最終以大會解釋為主。The relevant regulations of this seminar will be ultimately interpreted by the conference.

論文發表者Presenters
■ 投稿本研討會者，請事先於大會網站註冊帳號及上傳稿件，待審查結果公布後請錄取者於規定期限內繳費。To submit the abstract, please register an online account first and upload the abstract. After pending results are announced, presenter is required to pay the fee by the deadline.
■ 口頭發表、海報發表錄取者皆屬「論文發表者」，請繳交「論文發表者」費用。Those who are accepted for oral presentations and posters, please pay the "Presenters" registration fee.
非論文發表者Non-presenters
■ 如欲參與大會活動(專題演講、工作坊、論壇、口頭發表)，請繳交非論文發表者註冊費用並進行報名。If you want to participate conference activity (keynote speech. Workshop, Forum, Oral), please register online and finish the application first.

■ 論文發表者(Presenters)：費用包含發表者1人會議參與資格、會議資料、餐點及可報名大會各項活動資格。如該文章其他作者欲參與大會活動，請另外於大會網站註冊帳號，並繳交「非論文發表者」費用。每一篇錄取文章皆需繳交一次費用，並請以研討會當日發表者身分進行繳費。The fee includes lunch and conference materials for the only presenter, and you can registration activities. If the co-authors want to get conference materials and registration activities, please pay the fee of “Non-presenters.”

2. 填寫完成後，約2-3個工作日大會會將繳費通知寄至您所填寫的E-mail，請於繳費通知內所提時效內完成繳費。
3. 繳費完成後，數個工作天將寄發繳費證明至您填寫的E-mail。

1. 本次會議無另外提供紙本收據，若有核銷、報帳需求，請以繳費完成後大會所發送之繳費證明單報帳即可。
2. 本研討會繳費後不接受退費要求。It is not accepted to refund any charge.
3. 本研討會不接受現場繳費。It is not accepted to register on the spot.
4. 匯款單請務必保留，若無法確認匯款者身分時請您提供正本以供核對。Please keep the original remittance sheet, it will be checked when we cannot identify the remitter.
5. 論文發表證明均由發表者本人於發表場次全程參與及完成發表後，親自於大會現場領取，恕無法代領。Only after sharing your article and participating in the whole paper presentation session can get the certification we offer.
6.會議資料由報名者本人親自於大會現場領取，恕無法代領。Please take conference pamphlets on the spot, they will not be sent afterwards.
